Life, like roads, present us with bends and turns. There are some point where we will have to make decisions..to turn right or left, to speed up or slow down, to stop, to start, to change routes. And when we get lost, we get some help from various sources. Sometimes along the way, we see the sun rises or sets, or the stars twinkling against the vast sky. Point is, there is so much out there. How far will one go, to get to where he wants to be?
Will he swim the deepest ocean?
Will he climb the highest mountain?
Will he brave through the thickest jungle?
We will never quite understand the meaning of sacrifice, until we cross that boundary we set for ourselves.

We think that if we try hard enough, we can erase certain memories from our mind. But what we are merely doing is overlapping these memories with things we choose to remember. And when we saw or do something that unintentionally reminded us of the past we thought we have forgotten, that memory creeps back..like new paint peeling itself to reveal the colours it once was.

We don’t like making a choice because we don’t want to disappoint ourselves or others. Or maybe, we’re just afraid. Afraid of changes…afraid of the unknown, even though deep in our hearts we know which path we’d take.
